Reading the “surviving” letters left to right, top to bottom, spells out a list of Canadian cities (ignoring casing):

Interpreting this list requires the help of Hulk’s power. The solver needs Hulk to “GO POSTAL” on the cities and identify the postal codes of these cities. Each city has many postal codes, but they all start with the same letter based on their postal district. Taking these first letters in the given city order produces the solution: CHALLENGER.
Author's Notes
- This, together with Hulk, was the first "snapped" puzzle / Avenger pair puzzle that was written without any flavortext on the Avenger's power. It wasn't written with any first round puzzle idea in mind. As a result, it was written to be short in terms of information on page, so that there were fewer constraints on the pre-"snapped" puzzle (which ultimately became Rings of Power). This meant as a standalone puzzle it wasn't very interesting, but I hoped it served as an entrypoint to the higher level puzzle of matching Avenger powers to "snapped" puzzles for some (Hulk was, admittedly, a little counter to that intent.)
- The idea for this puzzle came after brainstorming ideas for Hulk's power. GOPOSTAL seemed like a natural fit for being the missing clue for another puzzle, and after a bit of research I learned that Canada's postal codes had a very clear letter mapping.
- CHALLENGER was the only meta answer that worked for this puzzle, as the Candian postal codes do not contain D, F, O, or U.
